Pledge to Clients: Building Relationship!
My client's requirements, lifestyles and circumstances are my focus. Their important decisions about their home deserve Trust, Integrity and Professionalism.
The greatest compliment I get back is when the relationship remains long after the transactions.

Professional Experience: As a real estate consultant since 1989, I have accumulated 21 years of expertise in buying, selling and managing properties, and have honed my negotiating skills.

During my first year in Real Estate, I received the Rookie of the Year Award.

I worked 5 years as a senior loan processor at WAMU now Chase Bank to understand mortgage from the lender's perspective.

Seattle and the Eastside having been my backyard for over 37 years, I can truly claim to be as "local" as it gets!

Education: Over the years, constant training and updating of real estate knowledge has prepared me for handling all aspects of the business. As unfortunate as it is, today's new "normal" includes auctions, foreclosures and bank-owned properties. I received certification as an Equator Gold REO and Short Sale Agent in 2010.

In 2009, I became certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist to better serve the 50 and up generation.

I am a graduate in Industrial Design from the University of Washington

Outside Interests: Reading, traveling and learning about other cultures, volunteering for local charities and schools, among them Habitat for Humanity.

Personal Information: I am muti-lingual. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and French.
